Welcome to Pasadena Outpatient’s new website featuring addiction recovery services. Learn more about our intensive outpatient program (IOP) in California…
Pasadena Outpatient is excited to share our new addiction recovery website with you. We strive to answer your questions regarding our addiction recovery services and what sets us apart from other intensive outpatient programs (IOP) in California.
It is most often recommended that people who struggle with alcoholism and drug addiction complete a residential substance abuse program. These programs isolate client’s, giving them time and space to learn about their disease, relapse prevention skills and emotional regulation techniques, all while surrounded by others in recovery.
Upon completion of these programs, it is most often suggested that people transition to an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). IOP allows the alcoholic and drug addict to continue the work they started in residential treatment while reintegrating back into life.
Pasadena’s Outpatient program encourages balance and right living skills while continuing to hold the alcoholic/addict accountable and provide them with additional therapy, groups and structure. Many people who enroll in their California IOP also reside in the local sober living home nearby which is close to public transportation, employment opportunities and lots of recreational activities.
There are countless Intensive Outpatient Program’s available, especially in Southern California. Making the decision on which program is right for you may seem daunting. It is critical to know what each program offers. Below is a list of modalities used at Pasadena’s Outpatient Center.
